IEEE Journal Publications

Support for publishing through IEEE channels.

Academic Publishing

Publishing through IEEE means meeting a specific template, a specific reference style and a specific set of submission requirements before the science is even read. NUZM handles that layer so a paper is not returned for formatting while its argument goes unexamined.

What this includes

  • The manuscript put into the correct IEEE template, including figure and table formats.
  • References converted to IEEE style and checked against the originals.
  • Figures redrawn at the resolution and colour mode the submission requires.
  • A submission checklist worked through before upload, and support through the revision rounds.

Is this the right choice for you?

Right when the research is done and the process is the obstacle: a paper written, a venue chosen, and a template standing in the way.

Wrong as a route to acceptance. Formatting removes a reason to reject; it does not create a reason to accept, and anyone selling the second thing is selling something they cannot deliver.

Worth knowing before you commit

Predatory venues copy the appearance of real ones closely enough that the difference is not visible from a call for papers. Before any submission we check the venue itself, and we will tell you when a journal soliciting your work is not one you should publish in.
