Custom web development is for the work a platform will not bend to: your own pricing rules, your own approval chain, an integration with a system only you run. NUZM builds these in Laravel and PHP, and in the MERN stack where the interface does most of the work.
What this includes
- A written scope before any code, listing what is being built and what is not.
- An automated test suite, so a change in one place does not quietly break another.
- A staging site you review on before anything reaches your customers.
- Database migrations, so the schema is versioned like the code rather than edited by hand.
- Backups running off-site on a schedule, and a restore tested at least once.
- The repository in your name, handed over at the end.
Is this the right choice for you?
Right when a rule your business runs on cannot be expressed in a plugin, when several systems have to agree with each other, or when the data is yours and has to stay that way.
Wrong for a brochure site. Building five pages custom costs more than configuring them and buys nothing a visitor can see. If that is what you need, we will say so and quote the CMS instead.
Worth knowing before you commit
Most custom projects overrun on data, not on features. Moving what you already have, and cleaning what is wrong in it, routinely takes longer than building the screens that display it. We scope that separately and price it separately rather than absorbing it into an estimate and discovering it in week nine.
